DO YOU SELL RETAIL?
At this time we do not sell retail, we only sell wholesale to boutiques or online stores that can provide the necessary documentation.
HOW CAN I ORDER?
If you have an active account please login and order directly through the website. If you do not have an account please complete the wholesale application and we will get your account set up.
HOW ARE SHIRTS PRINTED?
All of our shirts are printed in house with Direct to Garment printing.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
If you must make changes to an order, like size or quantity, you have 24 hours from placing the order to do so. Afterwards there is a 5% change fee to make changes to an order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Turn around times vary based on demand, but currently orders are taking 5-7 business days to ship. Transit times vary based on location, but typically arrive in a 2 day time frame.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
As a wholesale company we do not accept returns. If there is a defect in your product we will replace items for you. Please email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving you order to notify of any defects.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All orders ship out of Texas and are shipped either USPS or UPS. Tracking will be sent once orders are shipped. Any orders over $250 ship for free.
